We'll see how GMC develops ... my concern is GMCs claim of AMC as a financial asset.. from a trustable source in Indonesia, currently AMG (subsdiary of AMC) is facing a court trial for employee salary payment besides mounting debt to suppliers ... since GMC is one of the major shareholder at AMC, obviously this would affect GMCs valuation ... just wondered why the GML shareholders approved an equity swap with AMC??? Alohaaa ....
