Isn’t it amazingly coincidental that AJD finally announced today that Colliers valued the 3 property portfolio at 265million. The exact figure that NXT most resently refused. Several months on and still no buyers. Just goes to show something’s only worth what someone else will pay. TGP money tied up hence their sp going nowhere. NXT will buy this at around the 245 million mark imo. Gltah
