Interesting developments. I was wondering why NXT was constantly making a point of APDC valuations being less than the $280mil they revalued their assets at.
It would be hard now for an independent valuer to value above $265mil given there has been no takers with an open market process. This is playing into NXT hands.
I think the independent valuer will come and provide a price and that will likely be the price that NXT and APDC agree to buy each other out at.
Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
