Worth noting that their own projections have the % number of hires by 1PG at 10% of overall company hires - so not going in and claiming full takeover of their HR strategy but just a portion of the hires, initially at least. There was some discussion of this on HC so it is good that it has been clarified in the document directly.

In an industry that's about to grow by $87 billion globally in the next 12 months this is not an issue at all but a much easier in - as long as they keep signing which by the sounds of things they will.
