    I can't see what AMR brings to the table. They have no significant assets. No significant cash. No corporate experience - no country knowledge and no tin knowledge. But they do have C$133,000,000 in tax losses - but spread that over life of a mine and its NPV is only a few $m.

    A very strange deal all round. The only winner seems to be Pala by simplifying their portfolio.
