Yes, its quite conceivable that one individual/entity might just purchase the lot 'off market' and then later knock on the door of WAMI/Keybridge and offer for sale (or support the takeover). If I had the means to do it, I'd certainly give it a go! I think its inevitable that WAMI/Keybridge will eventually gain control of YOW, IMO I can't see how the existing board can survive.
