    I agree with you to the extent that ASIC is addressing systemic issues and putting SVR on notice. It regularly goes full tilt at smaller operations and cancels licences, but you could assume that it sees SVR/Money3 as an important service to a large part of the community, so it sees itself as bringing it into line. The cost to SVR is constrained revenues, increased costs and possibly some temporary reputational damage. Added to that there will be a pile of very aggrieved customers
