5 loans out of how many over nearly a 2 year period?
Are ASIC taking the p*ss?
Seems to me that ASIC are making a point rather than SVR have any fundamental issues that merit such heavy handed action.
Surely this could have been handled without legal action?
SVR are defending the action so they obviously feel that their systems & processes are sound.
