    class action always end in settlement...

    lawyer dont do class action if they dont have good chance of winning...

    remember... the class action did not state the amount of money compensation...

    i guess maybe $20m???

    we dont even know if class action will go ahead since other party didnt submit the money payout...

    even if class action go through... there 99 percent both party will settle...

    the lawyer will drag out nuix class action to force nuix to settle....

    either way... it bad for sp...

    but let see what earnings next reporting is...
