Has any company in the history of the ASX been successful in issuing a full prospectus with a Qualified Audit Report, being suspended, and tax cases pending.There was no context with this release. My quess is that the ASX requiring a full disclosure mean that it is impossible to issue a prospectus to raise funds without breaking a raft of requlation.It would be nice if RAN management put this into context of what it really means going forward.
