I don't find it a shambles at all. This company has been tied in knots by the ASX and now ASIC, and all the current management has persistently done is act in the best interest of shareholders while trying to innovate a line of products that demonstrably clean up a polluted environment.
What is remarkable is that the Directors have persisted against all odds for zero remuneration.
Maybe you would prefer that the company did not release accounts for 2022 and 2023 but went into administration.
ASIC's determination does nothing more than damage the prospects for all shareholders.....just for the sake of a legalistic argument.
