Well the directors hold 43M shares of the 220M - 20% of the company.
At the suspended price it is $95M. Not chump change by anyone's standard.
Not sure of the ramifications of shares approved at AGM but not issued yet?
Further to that I would guestimate that Top 40 shareholders would represent 75% of the 220M of stock.
That leaves around 50 odd million owned by the rest.
If you picked up 30 odd mill you could probably get to 90% with those shareholders which would be a compulsory acquisition territory.
If an when it reopens there would be some smart cookies with Deep pockets getting ready especially if the US is doing well.
