Yeah, the idea and the videos they produce seems fine to me but why did they have to make the business model so convoluted? Just pitch the customer honestly, make the video. Invoice customers that want it. The model besides feeling like a bit of a scam pitch and financial process adds extra overhead that I can't see small/micro businesses being able to pay. $10K could be $3K. $3K and then in a few years do a refresh of the client under a loyalty scheme. Say $2K. Make the client feel valued, not scammed. Only so much low hanging fruit before the pyramid collapses.
