looks like they have done the nigoiation. use small case to stop the heavy charges. like civil penalty instead of take further action for insider trading...the sp will decrease more... but I think the big fund will also take action. they try to put the mistake to individual instead of company and the sell the company for a good money... maybe...
but hurts a lot for our small shareholders...
