The easiest way out is out of court settlements with all legitimate suing parties, and selling off the company to a competitor or PE groups.
Nuix will refute ASIC charges: Basically reads that, we shareholders will pay for the director's battle with ASIC. In good faith these directors should resign and pay all fines from their own pocket.
