If you are so certain that the price in the future will be higher then now is the time for them to be buying more .
The people selling disagree with you .
The people buying agree with you .
Unfortunately even with the buyback there are more sellers than buyers and the SP is strongly trending down.

Their last buyback was for less than 100000 shares .
That says to me that they have a lack of conviction in the value present at the moment .
Their recent update signaled that the next quarterly might disappoint but just how disappointing could it be ?

At least it is good news that the dividend will be by way of a capital return .
