Shocking destruction of value here, the shares were purchased at an average of $11.857 ($34,387,640/2.9 million), a loss at the current market of $2.9 million AUD.
This erosion of $2.9 million by management in the appallingly implemented buyback previously riddled by error and correction is shocking and an indictment of the lack of management by Penny Grau and Mark Vassella IMHO.
Board Directors should conduct a search and get a new CEO and new Company Secretary ASAP for all the loss of value.
The shares just keep on losing value and the buyback appears the only way it stays up, shocking.
