So now we know the truth. Basically, BPG management lied to us shareholders last year that they had made progress with Soarlabs when in fact nothing was done. I wonder if Noetic has actually done anything apart from a badly spelt web page?

From ASIC's notice, the company is lucky to get away with a $30k fine. Quite frankly, misleading the public with lies should warrant a much bigger penalty on the directors.
