IIRC the person sueing CDU is the ex mine manager Andy Kehoe. It was mentioned in the 2014 annual report in a round about way.
In one part of the remuneration report, his contract was terminated (p85), in another part he resigned(p87). His shares were 'forfeited' according to the company in the same report.
Again the same report mentions that a former employee was taking legal action to the tune of $340,000 (p127). When A Kehoe left the company he had and according to the company forfeited 200,000 shares, the value of a share at the time being about $1.70, so 200,000 X $1.70 = The right amount of money.
It will be an interesting court case, just like the other one. Hopefully they occur before the company goes into VA (IMHO).
