"ASIC Interim Stop Order
Sky and Space Global Ltd (ASX: SAS, “Sky and Space Global” or the “Company” advises that it has received an interim stop order from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in relation to its prospectus dated 11 November 2019.
The Company is in the process of preparing a Supplementary Prospectus to deal with the queries raised by ASIC. The main query from ASIC is for the Company to include audited financials for the period ending 30 June 2019 in the Supplementary Prospectus. Following lodgement of the Supplementary Prospectus with the ASIC, the Company expects that the interim stop order will be lifted. The Company also expects to extend the closing period of the offer by no more than 7 business days.
Until such time that the interim stop order is lifted, the Company must not make any offers, issues, sales or transfers of securities under the prospectus and, as a consequence, the rights issue is suspended during this time."
Not surprising that ASIC requires some visibility on the finances.
Note: for some reason an emoticon appears in the text. It is not part of the original and I have not added it. Seems a quirk of the HC software.
