Whilst this is positive news for NXL shareholders it is a disappointing day for anyone that trades on the ASX, knowing ASIC won't hold anyone accountable for dodgy or fraudulent behaviour... except for ISX. John Karantzis mustn't have paid the regulators enough to walk away.
