Beating ASIC in the most serious charge is a real victory and marks the turnaround.....The other violation has been fixed since last year and they may cop a fine which is likely less than a $1m. Then that leaves the former executive who is pushing shit up a hill to try and get options reinstated. Doubtful he gets a cent but would be well advised to settle and walk.
