Not sure what ASIC are doing here... If they honestly think that inaccurate statements have been made then fair enough they deserve answers... However in my view, if they are concerned about the "greenness" of the company's activities and announcements, then I can't see how replacing the existing the Botswanan electricity generation which is 100 % coal AND diesel (70Mw of diesel.!.) with significantly lower CO2 generating solar and gas (combined with green H2 production), needs to be investigated... One thing that is definite in this whole process is that company cash that should be going to building this project is now going to lawyers to reply to ASIC queries... Hopefully this does not drag on too long..
