so our ceo brought around $220k at 71c each.....he did not sold.... he still holding it....$220k for a ceo is like peanuts...i dont get why asic even investigating it....so he made around $70k profit.... that nothing to ceo...was there insider trading.... maybe ... but the scale is very low...unless the chairman accepts the takeover bid , which he declined...i do not get why ceo will try to damage he reputation unless he know nuix takeover...but anything under $1m is too big of a risk....we know nuix got some fishy people there but.... this is very weird after everythings has happen..nuix put in spotlight dont think ceo will be dumb enough to take a big risk with small reward...
