Nice little preso. I do wonder - is this part of the usual procedure for licensing, or a response to a special request for clarification?

It would be a little weird if it was the latter, as this fundamental "what does ISX do" information would have been first thing provided for the licensing process a year ago.

So that makes me think it's more of a formality, and this might be a positive indicator.
