Market does not like prospects of legal action but aside from that there seems to be a lot to be positive about. Buybacks may still be limited by creditor, but debt has been paid down rapidly. Can only think that a major holder is bailing out as they cannot see a quick turn-around.
For me I am looking for some more cash so I can increase my holdings at these bargain prices. I have some concerns about why the rapid falls but the metrics of it just seem too good over the medium term as management consolidates the turn-over of staff and junkets in the Star Vegas with the exit of the vendor management.
