I agree with TG - I do not understand why ASIC took so long to respond and at the worst possible time just before the funding announcement due 30/06/22. However, SCONI is real and any particular senior management hopefully can be replaced easily and quickly while LG's Offtake Agreement remains intact. It feels like AUZ has been "sabotaged" (IMO) and, the innocent shareholders in their thousands stand to get financially hurt - this is just not fair. I am, to say the least, "pissed off". ASIC's timing is awful and upsetting.
