I have been thinking about tactics regarding the upcoming merger. If anyone here has knowledge of corporate rules on the ASX how does this sound?
The group on Hotcopper votes against the merger and causes the GSR BOD to be spilled.
We are left with Chris Hanson but if we manage to install a new group of Directors can they vote him out and select a new CEO from themselves?
If we can get a half decent new BoD we can build up GSR from the ashes.
Of course, tactic 2 is a bit naughty, but we can vote for the merger and then boot the HRZ BoD out and install new directors in that company and get 2 Gold mining companies for the price of one "So to Speak".
Anyone got views on this?
