It beggars belief,market authorities can allow this to happen..One hopes Andrew Braggs Senate committee hands down some recommendations which can prevent it happening in future.All the more reason not to hesitate in expressing our disgust via the only avenue we have.By the way we vote and in sufficient numbers.
