I don't really understand the point of this merger. You've got the board of HRZ, who have delivered nothing for shareholders. The board of GSR, who have delivered nothing for shareholders. And...they're going to combine...and also deliver nothing?
I legit don't really get what the point it, happy to be enlightened if someone else sees more than I do here.
