What can the logic be for waiving the requirement for a Yes vote on the SoA by 50% of shareholders by number voting because of COVID-19? The ability of shareholders to attend the meeting is enhanced because it is being held electronically (rather than physically in Perth) and there is absolutely no difference in the ability to vote by proxy?

This suggests that the board is running scared that the 50% by number requirement may have difficulty being satisfied.

For all you NO supporter out there, make sure you vote no matter how small your shareholding is! Every shareholder counts!
