Dan, after the NO vote stops the current SoA, you still have Messrs Walker and Moffat owning c.20% of ZEN, both holding performance rights, Mr Moffat owing ZEN $1m plus interest, and directors with the ability to pay themselves substantial bonuses each year subject to meeting their KPI’s and shareholders not voting down the remuneration report. You have Apex with 17% looking to drive future value from their shareholding, you have WestOz keeping onside to look after Euroz.

You also have a buying opportunity to add to your ZEN shareholding at a price less than 98.5 cps.

There is also the possibility that the Cabal turns up with SoA 2.0 at $1.20 per share.

So not all doom and gloom - Management and Apex still have plenty at risk and will want to see ZEN prosper.
