Central banks will wait and pick up some very cheap gold, if they act at all. There are a couple of posters on here preaching gold is not an inflation hedge, they believe they know more than every investment bank in the world. There is a lesson learnt, Gold really is an inflation hedge. Gold will bounce back but in my opinion, this correction has arrived early and it may take a number of months.
