Is the extension of the UCL offer based on the fact that MAK believe they will be able to seal the NMDC deal prior to 8th May and theremore make the takeover offer more attractive to UCL holders?
Only speculating, but can't see why else MAK would persist with an offer that UCL have effectively rejected in it's current form.
