Great asset, bad management. I don't agree with most of the stuff you post but this statement you've made is accurate.
Overturn of board is not uncommon and should happen when the company is not managed properly. Problem is if the board is holding most of the voting rights or have the backing of bigger shareholders. This company has bright prospects if managed properly. Frank should probably step down as an executive Chairman and just sit on the sidelines as a non-exec. Where there's smoke there's fire.
