Because I have no trust in the current board or senior management the numbers provided can't be trusted. if you believe the last annual accounts, Nuix had shareholders equity of about $195M. there's about 265M shares issued. share prices reflect future revenue streams and shareholder equity. I don't trust the numbers for future business so my personal valuation is a price to book ratio of 1, which, if I've got the numbers right, is about 73.5 cents per share. until I see a change in management then i'd not buy for fear of future falls. remember too that Nuix's customers are law firms, government depts, etc. - typically a fairly shy categories of customer base that do not want a supplier embroiled in controversy. I think around 73.5 cents is fair value until management changes. love to be a fly on the wall during the next audit and risk committee meeting!
