My research shows you are right about this Raeman. I agree that if they were considering a takeover transaction back in 2020 then the present Nuix market cap must be a compelling proposition for them. I think that we should not be surprised if we were to wake up one morning out of the blue to a trading halt. It would also not be surprising if it were Palantir who made such a takeover bid, as they have an eye watering market cap of $46.71 Billion
