Read it again @naomhan - nowhere does it say the BOD did anything wrong. It lays the blame solely on JK who in my opinion in the midst of a number of upstream challenges that severely limited the transactions from going through ISX and thus earning GPTV did what I think we shareholders want in a CEO - looked at how he could potentially benefit ISX by getting customers on quickly and thereby generating future GPTV while earning performance shares for all early investors who took the initial financial risk to build ISX. This ability to think laterally is also why ISX continues to thrive while being seriously assaulted by ASX and ASIC - in the name of "absolute descretion". Such Bull!
Additionally, this would not have been achieved only by Karantzis alon but by him and the rest of his very capable ISX team. I say, well done ISX!
