ASIC reply at the end is glorious. ASX your email timings and question better show the suspension happened under ASIC instructions after they opened an investivation.

Can you picture how this plays out in court?

1. ASX suspends ISX at 10 AM on the 2nd October 2019
2. ISX attended ASIC offices at 1 PM 2nd October 2019
3. ASIC told ISX there is no open investigation against them
4. Later that day ASX asks ASIC to open a case against ISX for reasons 1,2,3....
5. ASIC opens a case in the afternoon on the same day.

The look on ASX legal team....

All hypothetical though and no way it happened in this order right....... I mean ISX must be lying about attending the ASIC office and/or ASIC just lied to them? who knows
