so you believe the ASX in this release?. Haha that’s funny.....they didn’t even let ISX respond to the SOR through the MAP. When did they last give a market update on the reasons for the continuing suspension? Gee you’re more then willing to look through everything ISX says as a lie but take ASX completely at their word. The correspondence between ASX and ISX was completely controlled by ASX and no doubt altered/fashioned to garner support for them (they didn’t even release ISX’s responses to their last query letter). I think we can both agree the only truth in this whole thing is what is said in court and in clear black and white the other day it was conveyed “ISX met the standard escrow arrangement.” If you want to believe some puff piece ASX released during the suspension then good on you,....but maybe you should hold ASX to the same level as ISX and expect them to back it up in court also
