IMO let them dig as this in many ways undermines their defence in so far that it demonstrates that they had insufficient information at the time and did not act reasonably.
Without factual or complete information at hand, could it be reasonably assumed and ultimately proven that the ASX considered the OM report to be sufficient to suspend ISX.......
It is early days but one by one the ASX’s so called reasons seem to be becoming debunked in spectacular fashion....
