This is a funny argument trying to compare the (little) revenue generated from the integrations with the (huge) value gained from the performance shares. Where was that in the initial agreement?
And its this sort of thinking that's got us to this mess.
No one cared about the company when shares were worth 20c, then once they were worth $1.7 and included on the 300, different interests suddenly started scrutinizing the company looking for all sorts of issues.
The worst thing is the majority of legitimate shareholders don't even care!
