I am highly critical of cannacord, especially when it comes to CR's and their tendency to sell and bomb prices in the speccie space on a number of stocks. But their input must mean something and these terms are different to what I've seen them do to other stocks in the past.

It's also worth noting that there isn't much of a change here. They wait until $0.80 to be in the money, we don't cough up anything until they provide us with the $2m consideration.

Things are gearing up. Expecting that acquisition announcement before any drilling.

In addition, it would be interesting to see if Canaccord will review Askari's business and issue a price target and buy recommendation.
