Andrada is looking currently for a partner which is a cash-up participant in the lithium market. Announcement to be made by the end of the month.

Andrada management said that they have received several unsolicited proposeals.

It will be a natural fit to merge Askari and Andrada at a later stage.

Before this happens Gino needs to continue purchasing promising exploration licenses in the region and move rapidly to establish a relevant resource base.

The more advanced we are when merger talks are considered the better the merger deal between Andrada and Askari.

Lots can happen this financial year.
