Gino has been woeful. Incompetent at best. Stock price decline whilst extremely disappointing has not been the real issue for me, because even very well run companies have struggled in the markets the last 12-15 months. But for me management have done absolutely nothing during this time to give confidence that a $1 here is better invested than a $1 elsewhere.
