    "What we are seeing from the data...". clearly gives it away.

    If the data wouldn't be promising he wouldn't "consolidate" Askari's land position in Namibia.

    He also refers to a massive unexplored area. Askari has an understanding of the geology around UIS that enables Askari to get the best candy in the store..

    Sounds to me that we just started a hundred metre race to grab what we can this year to make Askari the dominant Lithium land holder/explorer/miner in Namibia.
