Yes, no doubt some of the results have been around for a while but I agree with Westy, likely the second tranche are the ones of serious interest.

The language is curious.

You would expect the order of events would be to settle the EPLs first, then as they were conditions' precedent to our agreement with the prospective strategic partner, settlement of that arrangement next.

So by now, the EPLs should have settled. But the results seem perhaps tied to the strategic partnership settlement.

My gut feeling has been that the holding back of results was due to other potential acquisitions or some other related shenanigans.

I guess we will know more in a few days, assuming 'coming days' means a few days and is not just another cute variant of 'shortly'.
