you appear to have forgotten brackets in your calculation; if the option is exercised the price per share increases from 0.065 to 0.087 average cost because it's 0.065/share plus for every 2 shares SH is entitled to 1 option exercisable at 0.13. therefore if option is exercised, average cost per share becomes: (2x0.065+0.13)/3 = 0.087
