We have reported a statutory net loss after tax impacted by an impairment to intangible assets of $175 million in the year. This impairment relates to intangible assets, which were the result of historic transactions which occurred prior to the demerger. This is an accounting charge only, with no impact on cash flows, and no impact on bank covenants.As noted earlier our ongoing focus on capital management resulted in a $23.6 million reduction in Net Debt to $74.7 million.
