Many will say that this is simply an LOI.
I would argue that ASM is so conservative that it is money in the bank as long as the offtakes begin to eventuate. Someone mentioned offtakes and finance being the chicken and the egg. Well this should spruik the interest of those in the advanced discussions for offtakes. The money is available.
Bring on the Zirconium offtake, then the sintered metal magnet offtakes. Not far now.
